Refund Eligibility

​We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Service Quality Issues: If there is a defect or issue in the workmanship of our tinting or detailing services, we will either redo the service or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation.

  3. Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

  5. Warranty Claims: Services covered under our warranty qualify for corrective measures or refunds if issues occur within the warranty period.

Additional Clauses

  1. Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to show up may incur a fee of up to 20% of the service cost.

  2. Material-Specific Conditions: Refunds are not applicable for custom materials, such as specialized tint films or detailing products, once the order has been placed.

  3. Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  4. Customer Responsibility Clause: Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from incorrect information about the vehicle, home, or airplane condition, or undisclosed prior damage.

  5. Service Re-Performance Clause: Customers may request the service to be redone instead of receiving a refund in eligible cases.

  6. Limited Time for Claims: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion.

  7. Pre-Inspection Clause: A pre-service inspection will be conducted to identify existing damages. Refunds will not cover issues that predate the service.

  8. Refund Amount Adjustments: Partial refunds may be issued based on the extent of completed work or used materials.

  9. Gift Cards or Credit Option: Refunds may be issued as store credit or gift cards to be used for future services.

  10. Dispute Resolution Clause: In the event of disputes, both parties agree to engage in an amicable resolution process, which may include third-party mediation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
