Refund Eligibility

Service Quality Issues: If there is a defect or issue in the workmanship of our tinting or detailing services, we will either redo the service or issue a partial/full refund based on the situation.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Warranty Claims: Services covered under our warranty qualify for corrective measures or refunds if issues occur within the warranty period.

Late Cancellation or No-Show Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to show up may incur a fee of up to 20% of the service cost.

Material-Specific Conditions: Refunds are not applicable for custom materials, such as specialized tint films or detailing products, once the order has been placed.

Deposit Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Customer Responsibility Clause: Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from incorrect information about the vehicle, home, or airplane condition, or undisclosed prior damage.

Service Re-Performance Clause: Customers may request the service to be redone instead of receiving a refund in eligible cases.

Pre-Inspection Clause: A pre-service inspection will be conducted to identify existing damages. Refunds will not cover issues that predate the service.
